LoomBase helps you capture your work impact and turn it into a resume. We know you trust us with sensitive information about your work and employers, and we treat it accordingly. This policy explains what we store, why, and how you control it.
Account: your email and, if you add them, your name, field and a resume photo.
Entries (check-ins): the text you send and, for voice notes, their transcription. This is the source data for your career graph.
Career graph: achievements, skills and metrics our AI extracts from your entries, plus your career goals.
Session metadata: device and IP, used for your active-sessions list and security.
Only to provide the service: extract impact, assemble resumes and cover letters, and give coaching and reminders.
Graph data is private by default and isolated per user — other users can't see it.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
To extract achievements and assemble text we send the content of your entries to AI provider APIs (Anthropic; a transcription provider for voice). They process data on request and, under their API terms, do not use it to train their models.
Data is stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) and hosting infrastructure (Vercel).
If you connect Telegram, your messages pass through Telegram as an input channel.
Export: download all of your data as JSON anytime from your profile page.
Deletion: delete your account from your profile page — this permanently erases your profile, entries and entire graph.
Access and correction: you can edit and delete graph items directly in the app.
We keep your data while your account exists. When you delete your account, related data is removed by cascade.
Access is isolated per user at the query level; entry content is never written to plain logs.
